I provide confident and secure signing services to ensure loan documents are delivered to/and signed by the borrower and/or seller. 
 
For Closing Documents, they are notarized as necessary and returned for processing in a timely efficient manner.  I make sure all Docs, Notice of Right to Cancel, Form 1003, PCOR and all major docs are filled out completely and signed/dated and initials (if need initials) properly.  And I’ll be sure your docs are returned promptly to you.

These prices do not include the mobile travel rate, which are:

Example: 0-5 miles = $ 45 + fees you read before

anything over 5 miles is $ 1.00 per mile or $ 10 per zone depending on your address (you can text or message your address )

Weekends and after hours

  • Saturday and Sunday – additional $ 10
  • After 7:30 PM (any day) – additional $ 10

Traveling fee is no charge, as long as the signing is under 50 miles round trip

Reverse Mortgage

Purchase Agreement

Loan Modification

As long as it is under 40 pages, anything between 41-150 pages would be a flat fee of $95 above 150 pages fee increases to $125

$75 – $175 (Travel 50 miles after 50 miles $1 mile).
